Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Japan. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us and we will see what we can do.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within a few business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
3. Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by region and shipping method — tracked international shipping generally arrives within 1–3 weeks.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s customs. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent by email. International parcels can pause at customs checkpoints — if your tracking has not moved for two weeks, reach out and we will chase it down.
6. Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it from the carrier, the order may be treated as cancelled once the parcel is returned or disposed of by the carrier or customs. In such cases, shipping fees, customs charges, and return costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund.
7. Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will make it right — see our Refund Policy.
8. Delays outside our control
Customs processing, public holidays, weather, and carrier issues can occasionally delay delivery. We will always help you track your parcel, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
