We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within a few business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by region and shipping method — tracked international shipping generally arrives within 1–3 weeks.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s customs. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking your order

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to you by email. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, don’t panic — international parcels can pause at customs. If something seems wrong, reach out and we’ll investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right.
